Booking Conditions
- All participants must not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any prescription medication which can affect your ability to drive.
- The absolute maximum weight limit is 130kg for 1 individual & its strongly advised you to consider if you have the mobility to board a jet ski from a sea wall or jetty safely.
- Maximum weight limit for 1 jet ski shared between 2 people is 200kg. Not 201 or 200.1, If you're not sure of your combined weight please check before booking OR book 2 separate jet skis.
- All riders must be medically fit to drive, 6/6 eyesight (able to read letters on eyesight board, if you need to wear contact lenses or glasses to see you will be required to wear them for the tour. If someone does fall off a jet ski in front of you, you NEED to be able to see them. We have glasses savers available to purchase for $5.
- If your suspended or disqualified from holding a boat or PWC licence in any state in Australia, you can not operate the personal watercraft.
- Failure to adhere to our terms & conditions with the operator will result in immediate removal from the tour you may also be liable for offence under state and national laws.
